A recent study by the ASPCA found that it costs an average of $715/year to raise a healthy cat and $810-$1580/year to raise a healthy dog. Most of the animals that come into our shelter require additional expensive medicines and treatment prior to being placed for adoption. Imagine those costs multiplied by the hundreds of animals we receive each month. We rely on donations from compassionate people like you to help us care for these animals.
