Food & Wine Vendor Information


Are you interested in promoting your business or product at one of the biggest tasting events in Northeast Florida?

The Jacksonville Humane Society builds mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with its corporate and community partners. Through strategic marketing efforts to promote JHS events and services, the center's corporate partners connect with some of Northeast Florida's most prominent citizens. Participation in a JHS event not only benefits the thousands of animals that pass through our facility each year, it also benefits your business through an association with one of the region's most trusted and recognizable animal welfare organizations.

  

In exchange for your donation, you will receive:

 

  • Logo recognition on event signage
  • Logo recognition in event program
  • Logo recognition on JHS’s website
  • Logo recognition on 10,000 event flyers (if logo is received by flyer print date)
  • Logo recognition in event marketing emails
  • The opportunity to market your company and product to more than 800 young professionals, community and business leaders
  • The ability to reach a highly sought-after demographic – affluent community members, including board members and business leaders
  • The opportunity to distribute/display promotional materials at your table(s)
  • JHS volunteers will be available to assist with service (by request only)
  • The opportunity to associate your brand with one of Jacksonville’s oldest and most recognized charities
  • Table(s), table cloth(s), table skirt(s) and electrical access (if needed)

 

 

How to donate:

1. Download and complete the appropriate vendor form by following the corresponding link: Food Vendor Agreement 2012 or Wine Vendor Agreement Toast 2012

2. Return completed form to the Toast to the Animals Committee one of the following ways:

a. E-mail your completed form to events@jaxhumane.org

 

b. Fax your completed form to 904.725.3040

 

c. Mail your completed form to:

3. Email a high-resolution version of your logo to events@jaxhumane.org
