Committees

The Pawfessionals works with JHS to develop committees designed to fit the needs of the animals at JHS. We ask each Pawfessional to commit to 10 hours per quarter via service on a committee. These hours can be donated thru hands-on volunteering and from your home or office via email and phone. For more information on how you can help please email individual committees below.

 

Leadership

Marketing
Contact: Aliera Peterson and Joe Wolf
Purpose: Developing and distributing Pawfessionals promotional materials and maintaining the Pawfessionals social media channels.

 

Volunteer Support
Contact: Lesley Burrell
Purpose: Organizing and mobilizing local businesses and organizations to volunteer as dog walkers and other activities, and scheduling groups.

 

Pet Sponsors
Contact: Andrea Geyer and Anna Khoor
Pairing adoptable animals with Pawfessionals, who take photos and write bios for pets in need of homes.

 

Special Events

Coordination of The Pawfessionals support of JHS fundraisers (Mutt March & Toast to the Animals)
