Shelter Statistics

The Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) is a 501c3 non-profit, no-kill animal shelter and does not euthanize healthy or treatable companion animals in our care.  We are also a member of No Kill Jacksonville, a collaboration between JHS, Animal Care & Protective Services and First Coast No More Homeless Pets to help Jacksonville achieve no kill status. By working together, the three agencies created a community where no adoptable animal is killed due to lack of space since 2014.
