How long is the walk?  The walk is approximately 1.2 miles. We suggest humans wear shoes comfortable for concrete and grass. All dogs must be kept on leashes at all times. Waste stations are posted along the route and bags are available throughout the facility. There is a shorter walk path available.

Where is Mutt March? For the second year in a row, Mutt March will be held at the Jacksonville Humane Society at 8464 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32216.

Where can I park? Parking is available in the Walmart Supercenter located at 8808 Beach Blvd. This is just 0.6 miles away and there is a sidewalk from Walmart to the Jacksonville Humane Society to walk on. A shuttle service will also be available to take walkers and dogs to and from the event. A dog and walker drop off will be available at 1813 Foster Drive until 10 a.m.
