Did somebody say PUPperoni!? Sorry – we know that was a little “cheesy.”

Throughout the entire month of April 2020, you can help raise some “dough” for the animals at the Jacksonville Humane Society by doing one of your favorite things: eating pizza.

Use the promo code DUVALPETS when ordering from Papa John’s online between April 1-30 and 20% of your order total will benefit JHS!

Thank you to Papa John’s Papa’s Pets initiative for supporting our mission.

We’re cheering for the dogs and cats and celebrating homecoming at JHS September 9 through September 15! Stop by our Adoption Center at 8464 Beach Blvd. between Monday, September 9, and Friday, September 13, to catch our staff and volunteers decked out in fun outfits for spirit week.

Brace yourselves…CUDDLES ARE COMING!

You don’t have to face the final season of your favorite show alone – stop by JHS on Sunday, April 14, and adopt a Season 8 snuggle buddy! All adoptions will be $8 off from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Whether you’re a supporter of House Bark or House Lannisfur, there’s a pet waiting for you. Visit jaxhumane.org/letsgohome for a sneak peek at some of our cuddle buddies. When you play the Game of Homes, you always win!

Feeling lucky? Stop by JHS this Saturday and Sunday for our EGGciting “pick an egg” Easter adoption special! Choose an egg from our magical basket and open it up to reveal your adoption fee. Some adoptions will be free! Additional fees may apply.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year – send a card with more than a message. For any gift $25 or more, we will send our one-of-a-kind JHS holiday card to your special someone on your behalf.

Online ordering is no longer available, but cards can be purchased in person at our administrative offices, 1813 Foster Drive. Jacksonville, FL 32216 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday 12/22 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday 12/23. If you have a large order, please call ahead to 904.725.8766 ext 4566.

The front of our card features two beautiful rescue dogs. They are proudly owned by one of our volunteers, Mary! Mary was the highest bidder on the holiday card auction at our Toast to the animals event. Her two dogs – Riley and Maggie – make excellent cover girls, don’t you agree?

Inside the card is a kitten with the message:

Warmest thoughts and best wishes for a wonderful holiday and a very happy New Year. Generosity breeds joy!

Don’t miss your chance to send a gift that will make a difference in the life of a homeless dog or cat this year.

Jacksonville Humane Society will receive upto $30 for each ticket sold.
