In-Person Classes:

Basic Dog Manners

This class is for dogs who have not had previous obedience training. Dogs in this class need to be comfortable around other dogs in a group environment without being overly reactive or disruptive. We will train on skills such as loose leash walks, not jumping on people, come when called, and more. $125, 6 sessions ($110 for pets adopted from JHS*

Next classes start:
Sunday, May 30, 2021, at 11am

Advanced Dog Manners

Has your dog completed a puppy or basic class with us or another trainer and now you want to strengthen those skills or add on more challenging skills? Our advanced training will begin to wean your dog off treats, teach him or her to respond to hand signals, heel, stand, stay, settle, and more. $125, 6 sessions ($110 for pets adopted from JHS*)

Reactive Rover

Join us for a 6-week exploration into why your dog barks and/or lunges at passing dogs, cats, cars, and other triggers and what you can do to help. In our first class, we will dive into the science behind why dogs react while on leash in a consultation for humans only. Then you and your dog will have 4 private, 30-minute training sessions with our instructor. In our sixth and final session, we will end with a pack walk for all those who can participate to show off their new non-reactive dog! $150, 6 sessions ($135 for pets adopted from JHS*)

One-on-One Dog Training

If your dog is not comfortable in a group training class or maybe you just have one or two obedience skills you want your pup to learn, then sign up for a 1-on-1 class! You can communicate with the trainer so you can create a training plan for these 3 private, 1-hour sessions. $150, 3 private sessions ($135 for pets adopted from JHS*)

Gift Certificates

A JHS dog training class would make a great gift for a friend or family member! You can purchase gift certificates for both group and one-on-one training classes.
